Thanks for choosing to work with me personally! Here is the 4 week plan:
I will give video feedback 8X in this package
- Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4 send me a video of the drills you are working on to start the week and then you will send video at the end of the week. So, twice a week for 4 weeks I will supply feedback for a total of 8 analysis. Send one video for each drill you are working on, and make sure that the results you are sending are most representative of what you are seeing consistently at the time.
- Please do not send slow-motion video, normal speed will keep the file size down and easier to email. Record video directly across the plate facing the player's chest.
